How Much Can You Borrow?

How much you can borrow will depend on your income, down payment, job stability, existing debts, credit references and payment history. Lenders usually use the following two qualifying guidelines to decide how much of a loan you can manage:

  • Your monthly housing expenses - mortgage payment, property taxes, insurance, etc. These expenses should be no more than 28 percent of your monthly gross income.
  • Your monthly living expenses and any long-term debts - utilities, car and school loan, child support, health and car insurance, etc. These expenses should be no more than 36 percent of your monthly gross income.
COUPONS FOR MILITARY FAMILIES
“OPERATION COUPON”
Did you know that military members can use expired coupons up to six months past their expiration dates?  Most military families stationed are often living on one income, and money can be scarce. Let’s support our military by showing them some coupon love!  I will be sending our unused and expired coupons out the first of each month.  Please join me in sending in your coupons to one of our many adopted bases.  Contact me if you may be interested in helping our military families!!
Eligible Coupons:
  • Send only Manufacturer Coupons; Do NOT send store or restaurant coupons.
  • Coupons must be Clipped and Sorted into Food and Non-food
