Selling your home is an involved process that affects your family and your future. Before you begin this process, you'll want to ensure that you have the most up-to-date information. When should you sell? How do you get the best price? What kinds of renovations should be made prior  the sale?

    Your property is listed on my website and is linked to over 200 real estate agents that also advertise your home for FREE.
  2. Each time your property is shown to a prospective buyer, I will enter the agent’s info on my website for you to view.
  3. I will then follow up with the agent to see what the buyer comments about your home (Most agents don't have time to follow-up). Once I receive, the comments I will enter them into the website.
  4. As my client, you will receive private online access to my website to view your home listing:
  • View all feedback responses to-date.
  • View statistics summarizing all feedback to-date.
  • View comments posted on activity that I have done.
  • E-mail me directly.

What does this mean to you? You will see the feedback from prospective buyers that have viewed your home. This will help us to correct any problems or improvements they have seen that will help with the sell of your home. Access to the website is always open to you (24 hours a day). You'll never feel like you are "out of the loop".
